At LENS STUDIO, we respect your privacy. We only collect what is needed to deliver your lenses safely across Pakistan.

Information We Collect

Name, Phone, Address - For COD delivery via courier
Email - For order confirmation & tracking
WhatsApp - For delivery updates (0331 267 4263)

We do not collect medical history or store payment card data. COD orders are verified via WhatsApp only.

How We Use Your Data

To process & deliver orders (Dahab, Bella, Freshlook, Optiano)
To contact you about delivery status
Never shared except with courier partners (Leopards, TCS, M&P)

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data anytime by emailing lenstudiopk@gmail.com. We comply within 48 hours.

Delivery Information

All Pakistan Delivery • Cash on Delivery Available

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours. For Cash on Delivery orders, a WhatsApp confirmation on 0331 267 4263 is required to confirm your order.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot and more.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp on your registered number. You can track your parcel through our courier partner's website or contact us directly for updates.

Delivery charges and estimated time will be shared at checkout and confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch. For any delivery queries, contact us on lenstudiopk@gmail.com

Return & Exchange

We offer exchange only if product is sealed & unused. Due to hygiene, contact lenses cannot be returned once opened.

Eligible for Exchange When:

Seal is unbroken & box is in original condition
Wrong shade sent by us (we will bear courier)
Report within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video

Not Eligible:

Opened, used, or washed lenses
Without unboxing video proof
After 3 days of delivery

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious COD orders
